Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated automatic passenger lift for capacity of 884 kg (lift installed at SMU bldg) keeping the lifts and its accessories in perfect working condition scheduled by carrying out periodic checks with the repair/renewal & replacement of all defective/worn out spare parts including fixing minor spares all as specified in particular specifications to ensoure smooth / safe and efficient operation complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Spare shall be measured as supply (cost of lubricants & other minor spares required other than those mentioned in schedule-A shall be deemed to include quoted rate)

Material and labour for taking out the burnt lift motor of 3 Phase 11 KW from the bed, transportation to the approved workshop and removing existing burnt winding and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire and cleaning of stator body and rotor and applying varnish, heating up and reassembling the motor by replacing of both end bearings including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and reinstall the motor in its original position, connecting electrical cables, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed

Half yearly load testing of lift using artifically load in presence of Lift Inspector approved by Govt of AP and submit test certificate as per Factories act. (i) Artificial load shall be arranged by department. (ii) Handling and transporting of artificial load from the store yard to work site shall be arranged by the contractor.
