Boulders in any met in the alignment of the trenches by engaging divers with diving set and make convenient trenches of 1m at bottom 2.5m at top and depth 1.2m and maintaining the trenches against back filling due to heavy in and out flow of river including all labours for driving down bamboo poles at 3m center to center for fixing the alignment of the pipe line both trenching and laying works carrying out the excavation hire charges for country boats , air compressor diving set, helmet and other tool required for trenching etc. complete as per specification

100.9.8:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 90 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

OD16161/2024-2025:Under water Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi-automatic electrofusion machines, testing the pipeline thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing, aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position into the trenches already made, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and levelling the trenches including all labour charge, hire for appliances etc., complete but excluding cost of pipe and including cost of fittings: 90mm Nominal Outer Diameter pipes

100.12.8:Conveying and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc., but excluding cost of pipes and fittings for External work: 80mm diameter nominal bore.

100.37.1:Cutting M.S. sheet, pipe and specials by gas cutting including cost of gas, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete.

100.37.2:Grinding the cut edges / welded portions in M.S. sheet, pipe and specials by grinding machine including all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete.

100.37.3:Welding M.S. sheet, pipe and special by gas or electric plant for three run welding including cost of welding rod / gas, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete.

OD315267/2023-2024:Fabricating M.S. flanges of diameter 80mm using 12mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.
