Taking down all existing roof treatment incl. demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course incl wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified.

M&L Avreage 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course /padding with slope incl finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC (liquid water proofing compound) on padding layer for roof treatment, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement for roof treatment complete all as specified (Note:- WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately supply only)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torching method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)each area exc. 1.5 Sqm and n exc. 4 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powdr coated aluminium alloy door frame of weight 2.863/kg/rm and 12 mm thick toughened glass for door of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, incl necessary cleats edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws / all fitting as required, floor door spring hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and necessary fancy type SS handles, spider joint, etc. all as specified, required at site specified by manufacturer and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.)

M&L Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100mm Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Extruded aluminium alloy handles 125 mm long, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts, 150 mm long, of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surface incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:6 and top layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on external stone/concrete wall surfaces with WPC including finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note (a) WPC coumpound shall be used in second layer (b) intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only )

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or techo commercial equivalent product of specified make) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of internal wall and applying chalk whiting on old plastered surfaces, including rubbing with sand paper and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion), over a coat of alkali-resistant primer on walls.NOTE: Distemper shall be applied with roller finish.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces,all as per manfecturars instructions as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement but , clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing mild steel welded fabric of weight exceeding 3.5 kg but n Exc 4kg /Sqm with existing bars or by welding on it after cutting the RCC to the sound bar if the existing bar is damaged (Incld provn S&F new TMT bar whereever required ). Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster and micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in any floor including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of in lintel, chajja , manhole cover landing , slab, parapet stair case of cement concrete reinforced simillar suspended works and removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Chajjas, parapet etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT steel deformed or twisted bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) for manhole, as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
