Taking down aluminium / copper point wiring with surface/ concealed stove enamelled steel/ PVC conduit or wooden batten ( light, fan, socket, or power ) including sunk in cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, regulators, call bell, light fitting any sketch etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for concealed Point wiring for light points with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS two run of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade & one run of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire drawn in PVC conduit not less than 19/20 mm dia with all fittings shunk in MS Pressed steel terminal boxes suitable depth and 1.6mm thick (duly painted with two coat of anti corrosive paint outsite and Aluminium paint inside) with top cover 2.8 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for mounting of switches/sockets and fan regulators etc complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of cutting of chases wherever required in walls/ floors is deemed to be included in the unit rate of point wiring.

Supply and fixing LED flat Bulkhead fitting 10 watt complete and fixing to wall / celing including fixing arrangement with clamps/ scrue/nuts/ bots /washers etc and connecting complete.

Supply and fixing of bldg security light fitting 75 W LED New generation Energy Saving & Environment friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 roadway luminars with high power LEDs as light source and electronic drive including mounting bracket, GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade for mounting bracket bent to shape upto 1.50 meter length and fixing arrangement with two Nos of MS clamps set, nut, bolts, washers, and applying two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of Zinc oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable of size 2 X 6 Sqmm + 1 X 4.0 Sqmm earth wire multi stranded copper conductor drawing into and including heavy duty 25mm dia surface PVC conduit and continuous earth wire complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Loadline Vertical TPN DB prewired distribution board doble door, 8 way TPN-DPX 12-63, one No MCCB 63 Amps as incomer and TPN/SPN/SP MCBs 6-40 Amp for outgoing as site required, double door type sheet metal enclosure 415V with 100 Amps rated standard busbar of suitable size plate and common neutral link without MCBs with blank plate suitable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB SPN distribution board, 8 way, Double door with IP-43 protection single phase 240 volts, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush concealed in wall including taking out old DB's and chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall/surfaces to match with existing specification fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 'B' series MCB SPN 32 amps, 240 volts, 50Hz.

Supply and fix 'B' series MCB SP 6 to32 amps, 240 volts, 50Hz.

Supply and fix door bell, Ding Dong AC, 240 volts, single pole

Taking down carefully existing storage type water heater ( Geyser), disconnecting electric/water supply connections, dismantling (taking out/down) geyser vertical or horizontal type, 25 to 50 Litres capacity, any make, any model opening up to detect faults, defective and unserviceable parts/spares/ instruments/ equipments etc. and transportation to Contractor's workshop if required for repairs, reassembling after repairs, replacement of spare parts and overhauling, descaling, transporting back to site for inspection and installing and fixing in its original position including painting with spray gun one coat of Duco paint, writing MES No./Machine No., filling with glass wool, commissioning, testing and brazing to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified. Notes: (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective items of this schedule (in replacement on requirement basis). These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (b) Items indicated as "Supply and replace" are out side the scope of this item. (c) Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for nuts, bolts, washers, lugs, thimbles, wires and petty items/ works required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost.

Supply only heating element including rubber washers for 2000 Watt capacity, 240V suitable type.

Supply only thermostat fitting/ fitment for geysers of capacity 25 to 50 Litres.

Supply only Geyser assembly made of stainless steel suitable for geyser of 25/35/50 Litres capacity as in replacement and including replacement of indicator lamps (square/ round) both red and green suitable complete all as specified.

Supply and replacement of water connection pipe, heavy duty PVC connection pipe size 15mm x 450mm for hot water connection for storage type water heater complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan and Exhaust fan any size/ sweep for depositing to MES Yard and re-hanging the same after complete rewiring including transportation and conneting the fan with 2 core flexible copper cable 23/0.0076 of required length connecting with ceiling rose and coverd with PVC round sheet complete all as directed. Note:- Painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) by spraying to steel surfaces of ceiling fan 1200mm /1400mm sweep and black color for exhaust fan including blades complete after preparation of surfaces including filling cavities with filler, 'U' clamp with rubber real insulator with nut bolts of size 10mm dia & 75mm long, including necessary washers & split pin, upper and lower canopy of PVC with steel screw suitable, fan down rod 15 mm bore 300 mm long, cleaning dust and dirt etc and writing the MES number with black paint on fans complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and opening of ceilig fans/ Exhaust fan any make/model of size cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding /material by any means and M&L for re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, replace to recommended quality ball bearing/ gun metal bush of existing size, grease/oil, re-assembling and replacement of capacitor 2.5-3.15 MFD and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick, louver shutter for exhaust fan suitable size for up to 350mm sweep with all accessories, fixing on wall complete all as directed.

M&L, connecting of 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 95 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers testing and commissioning complete all as specified including taking out existing unserviceable cable from trenches, floor, ducts, poles or roads complete all as directed (Earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

All as per item No.39 above but of size 35 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core complete.

All as per item No.39 above but of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core complete.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable etc. and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry Sand cushioning to underground electric cable 8cm below and 15 cm above the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I Note:- (i) Sand shall be fine sand as specfied in clause 14.5 of SSR Part-I. (ii) Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of bricks for cable protection with well burnt sub class B bricks complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in approved excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for GI pipe 40mm dia bore light grade with all fittings for cable protection, and fixed complete to wall, panel, pole or laid in trenches and road crossing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Meter Panel outdoor type. The Panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4 : Meter Panel type Wall Mounted type on Mounting Structure RAL 7016. The Meter Panel should be anti-acid, anti corrosive & Fully Transparent Door for meter Vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of his CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1 complete all as specified and directed. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing. One Main Incomer MCCB 63A TPN 25KA Thermal /Magnetic Release with spreader link. MCCB/MCB Nob Operated by Flip Cover. Indicator Provided on each phase. Provn of Four Nos Single Phase Electric single phase Emergy Meters. Output supply by MCB DP 32Amp 4 Nos. Meter Enclosures & Enclosures Accessories as per RAL 7035. Ten Nos Terminal Blocks Provided for output Supply. Make- Hensel or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- The rate quoted is inclusive of 4 Nos new single phase electric Energy meters)

M&L for earthing in repairs complete with Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50M below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C1, PVC pit cover with frame, charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing in repairs complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of galvanized steel bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with to Transformer ,DG set,Panel Board/test point etc as directed including funnel, 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 49 & 50 (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 15/40 mm bore medium grade GI protection Pipe and 7.5 Meters long earth strip/lead upto test point. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtated earthning will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge
