The welding should be as per the functional requirement of the System, and the welded pipes should withstand 20Kg/cm.sq for 24 hours. The welding accessories should be in accordance with the IS specifications. The above ground pipe are to be applied with two coats of zinchromate primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved colour.
