CONSTRUCTION OF 160 Nos. TYPE-III FLATS AT SECTOR-VI PUSHP VIHAR, SAKET, NEW DELHI.

Design, Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of all mechanical & filter parts of Sewage Treatment Plant with SCADA monitoring system for the capacity 100 KLD (MBBR based) as per approved design and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge in the existing STP Structure to obtain/achieve following output parameters :- PH- 6.5-9.5 ,BOD- Less than 10mg/l , COD - Less than 50 mg/l, TSS - Less than 10 mg/l , NH4 -N :- Less than 5 mg/l , N-total - Less than 10 mg/l , Fecal Coliform (MPN /100 ml ):- < 230 , PO4-P- Less than 2 mg/l

For the 1st year during the Defect Liability Period (DLP), the scope includes the operation and maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with a capacity of 100 KLD to ensure the treated water meets the specified standards, namely: pH between 6.5 and 9.5, BOD less than 10 mg/l, COD less than 50 mg/l, TSS less than 10 mg/l, NH₄-N less than 5 mg/l, Total Nitrogen less than 10 mg/l, Fecal Coliform (MPN/100 ml) less than 230, and PO₄-P less than 2 mg/l. The scope also includes providing necessary manpower comprising three operators (one operator per 8-hour shift, daily) for routine operations and daily testing of treated water parameters, one helper (day shift of 8 hours) for sludge disposal and general assistance, and engineer site visits on a 24x7 on-call basis as required. Additionally, it covers the cost of consumables, watch & ward and replacement of all installations at mandatory frequency intervals. All labour and materials required for the operation and maintenance of the STP are included in this item, and no extra payment shall be made. The work shall be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
