Special Eligibility Criteria

   i) Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [ for CLW Item ID: 2100931 , Protective Relays (DI/DU type) QLM, QRSI, QE, QF, QOP, QOA, Q30, QSIT ] as per clause 16.3 under Section 2 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions. [GTC attached] (ii) The status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning. (iii) Firms quoting on behalf of appd source will have to upload tender specific authorization from appd source failing which offer will be rejected.
