Providing and laying Precast cement concrete road channel of size 200(L)x250(W)x100 of concrete M-25 Grade without reinforcement ,setting in position at size after preparing the bed and sloper by 50 mm stone dust as per specification & direction of EIC including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and curing the mortar joints for at least 3 days including cost & carriage of all materials complete.

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to avibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP:63(2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver blocks used a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks,as per Cl. No.3.26 of IS:15658) - 50 mm. thick (i)Grey

Taking out disturb interlocking blocks carefully , stacking at site , laying of necessary sand cushion of 25 mm thick (avg.) underneath and setting of interlocking block in ltrue line and level matching with existing blocks complete and as per direction of EIC.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying, spreading and compacting fine yellow Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion
