S&F factory made fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:2.5) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR per bag of cement in ceiling surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers surfaces over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr) water + 3 kg cement) applied as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- SBR latex chemical will measured and paid separately.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make FOSROC or equivalent.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic Polymer compound Tapcrete 151 consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/ sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.
