RequiredThe bidder shall be a manufacturer / authorized dealer / supplier of neoprene rubber lagging sheets / similar rubber lining materials / conveyor maintenance materials for conveyor pulleys
Requiredi) In case the bidder is an authorized dealer, a valid authorization letter / certificate from the OEM of the offered material shall be furnished along with the bid.
Requiredii) In case the bidder is a supplier, an authorization letter / certificate from the OEM of the offered material shall be furnished duly incorporating the subject tender notice details
RequiredIn case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the OEM the bid will be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt. org /PSU, subject to satisfactory performance of recently executed orders related to supply of subject matls / Simila rubber lining matls/ conveyor maintenance matls for conveyor pulleys and it shall be at the discretion of TGGENCO.
RequiredCopies of executed orders (or) performance certificate issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-2022,2022-2023,2023-2024,2024-2025 and 2025-2026) for supply of subject matls / similar rubber lining materials / conveyor maintenance materials for conveyor pulleys to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/Public Sector under taking organizations/reputed private organizations.
RequiredTechnical specifications / datasheets / catalogues of the offered material shall be furnished along with the bid indicating all relevant details.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department/PSU due to any reason.
