Taking down carefully old unserviceable existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including teak wood battens or from existing conduits with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets, light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc but excluding ceiling fan and removal of old material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point /ceiling fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, sheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH 1100 volts including PVC casing caping size 20/25mm including suitable size PVC box with cover plate for fixing switch/socket flush to surface for one light point, fan point , controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated sheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH 1100 volts connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

Disconnecting and Taking out of old LT armored PVC cables from trenches of any size/core/any voltage grade from trenches for replacement all as directed.
