Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as directed.

Removing silt from the surface channels/ drains and removing from the site complete all as directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs of drain etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for, 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, sub base, plinth protection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finshed surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finshed surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and depositing off the rubbish materials where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, old size brick, as in drain, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge, old size brick, as in drain, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured,10 to 12 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, conforming to IS 4457-2007, on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Materials and labour for, ceramic exterior wall coloured tiles, 7.5 - 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.11Sqm but not exc.0.18Sqm, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 of dia 600mm, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out old unserviceable pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), bed to 600mm dia drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.
