Factory made solid Glazed PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding to roof slab and rendering 5mm thick in one layers on concrete surface cement sand mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material & Labour for providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd or eqivalent in other approved over a coat of primer. (shade to match the existing paint), including necessary scaffolding for work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint . (viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:7:12. Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all Material & Labour is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Chipping of loose/ damaged /cracked / previously repaired / delaminated or weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete wherever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm and disposal of rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 50 mtrs including cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using product: Rustoff-100 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc/ Thermax as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30 degree celsius and consumption : 0.2 Kg/Sqm/coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar).

Material & Labour for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
