Repair and Maintenance of Lighthouse Tower at Dwarka Lighthouse

Repair to plaster in LH Tower of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of Cement mortar (1:3), including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of cracks for wall surface after making U/V-shape groove size of 25x25 mm and then priming the surface with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter and while the surface is tacky then filling the groove up to top edge with crystalline mortar @ 1.50 kg per running meter .Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applying two coats of integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter per coat on treated surface etc complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labours,tools,plants,materials,curing etc ,complete.

Replacement of old broken glass panels(including Teakwood beading) with new 3.5/4 mm thk frosted /plane window glass panes fixed with clay,pins etc including removing/disposing of old crack/damaged window glass up to all heights of Light House Tower,all as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of all materials,labours ,tools & plants,scafolding, ,transportation (including lead & lift) etc.complete for all heights.

Providing and fixing AL. fittings (Heavy duty of approved ISI brand of anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) for doors,windows,ventilators,cupboards of shutters and as wherever directed (with brass screws including removing of old ones) including removing damaged fittings with disposing unserviceable materials from the site etc for all heights including supply of all materials tools,labours & plants etc complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete at all heights including cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,transportation etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved maker(Roff / Fosroc/ Basf/Dr.Fixit) on chipped or scrapping portion of RCC/plaster surfaces as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge.(materials having ISI mark)

Providing and applying with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,curing,ladder and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete..including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,curing,ladder and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour inside surface of Lighthouse Tower including filling the holes, applying putty wherever required, priming at all heights of lighthouse tower all as per standard specification including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc complete.

Painting to lighthouse tower to the exterior on existing painted surface with Two 0r more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour( Berger Luxol Higloss/Asian paint Apcolite) in alternate bands after scrapping ,removing the worn out paint , cleaning, preparing the surface at all heights all as per standard specifications and as directed including supply of all materials,scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts, labours, tools, rope, etc. complete.( For 31.5 Height ,Rate Rs.226.25 x1.13=255.66)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture( Asian Apcolite / Berger Luxol) to give an even shade : two or more coats on existing painted surface for Door & windows as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Painting two coats on previously painted metal surfaces with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian Apcolite / Berger Luxol) to give an even shade after scarping, sand papering, cleaning, washing, preparing the surface etc. as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Providing and fixing (303) 18mm thick waterproof plywood century/kitply of approved manufacturer for service room partition work after removing oled plywood including fixing of plywood,deposing unserviceable material stacking at site properly etc. complete at all levels.for all height.including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing angle flat size 75 X 75 mm size for window joints with screws ,the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants,transportation etc. complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
