PROVISION OF KITCHEN CABINETS IN LATIKA BUILDING (P-256) AND MAHANADI BUILDING (P-257) AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Material and labour for WPC board 18/19 mm thick, including lipping etc., fixed with screws as in cupboard/ lockers complete all as specified and directed

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and nontoxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugsor SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). →Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fix stainless steel Blum soft close hinges 65mm size fixed in position in cupboard shutters etc. including all screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm stainless steel Cupboard knobs fixed with nuts, screw and washer, bright finished, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:6, on internal walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster of any description on walls, raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, as in backing coat for receiving wall tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and wall care putty 3mm thick on new or old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over two layers of wall care putty etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
