COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE WORK OF SPECIAL REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS AT MIL STATION DHRANGADHRA UNDER GE (A) GANDHINAGAR

Material and Labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free form dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG 10) grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving Bitumen 60/70, (VG 30) grade, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 tonne Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils etc spreading 75 mm thick Moorum/ red bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for granite/ trap stone kerb of roughly squared stones of sectional size 15 cm x 30 cm and not less than 45 cm length, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20 mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of metal tubular delineator in repairs made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Rate quoted for the item shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of concrete, excavations and earth work required & any other minor works required at site.

Supply and fixing in repair of stud made out of aluminium alloy, Die casted, dynamic alloy designed having very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors and 2 Nos eye balls each on both side weight 537 Gms (approx) dimension : 110 x 128 x 29.5 (approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of solar stud 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm with shank of 56.8 mm) made out of aluminium alloy, Die casted dynamic alloy, shell powered by solar cells and panels ideal signal product for highways with following specifications :- (i) Solar panel mono crystaline Solar 2.4V/ 03 watt. (ii) One Ni-mh or Ni-od rechargable battery. (iii) Six super bright LEDs. (iv) Colour -yellow or approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/ unintrrupted), arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
