CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220)
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply top from Charpoy GI Pipe and tightening of all loose components, supply and fixing new ply wood 1980x900x12 mm thick, BWP grade ISI marked as approved by GE, duly sharp the all corners with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and bolts of 6mm dia compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Removing the old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of the charpoy frame, check nuts and elbow as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and supply & fixing of new ply top having 4x rounded corners and size 1980x900x12 mm thick, BWP grade, ISI marked as approved by GE, fixed with suitable machine screw & washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of approriate size complete all as directed.
(iii) Removing the old unserviceable and broken flate iron stiffener size 900x25x4 mm and S&F new flate iron stiffener of size 900x25x4 mm duly primer coated and two coat of black synthetic enamel paint, welded to GI charpoy pipe complete all as specified and directed.
(iv) Taking down old u/s long rails of charpoy and S&F new long rails of 32 mm nominal bore GI Pipe medium grade both ends threaded complete all as specified and directed. MAKE- SURYA, JINDAL, TATA
(v) Taking down the old u/s short rails of charpoy and fixing only rails retrived under Item No. 1.04 (long rail) hereinbefore with and including cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Old long rail converted into two short rails.
(vi) Taking down the old u/s legs of charpoy and fixing only legs made out from old short rails retrived under Item No. 1.05 (Short rail) hereinbefore with and including cutting threading at one end complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Old short rail converted into two legs.
(vii) Taking out of u/s and broken existing elbow 3 way from the charpoy and S&F new elbow 3 way of 32mm bore dia, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
(viii) Taking out old unserviceable and broken existing checknuts from the charpoy and S&F new checknuts from the charpoy of 32mm before of medium weight complete all as specified and directed.
(ix) Taking out old unserviceable/ broken existing MNF clamps and S&F new conduit clamps made from 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, two coat of black colour over a coat of red oxide primer, welded to legs as per existing. Rest all as per drawing complete.
CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK WITH HARD TOP (FD-GE(W) /01 / 2015)
(i) Removing the old unserviceable plywood top from Chaproy Double bunk and S&F new ply wood 1930x860x12mm thick, BWP grade ISI marked as approved by GE, fix with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia with suitable size compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Removing u/s particle board of side and S&F new MDF board side of required size as per drawing and as specified
(iii) Removing u/s particle board of head & foot rest and S&F new MDF board head & foot rest of required size as per drawing and as specified
(iv) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(v) Ceaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish complete
(vi) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHARPOY STEEL IRON (FD / MAP-II / 01)
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply top from Chaproy steel Iron and S&F new ply wood 1930x860x12mm thick, BWP grade ISI marked as approved by GE, fixed with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia with suitable size compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish compete all as specified and directed.
(iii) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(iv) Removing of dents & bends then welding wherever required compete all as specified and directed.
BED HARD STEEL (FD / E6 / MAP / 08 (R), TP)
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply from Bed hard steel Iron and S&F new ply wood 1980x850x12mm thick, BWP grade ISI marked as approved by GE, fix with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia and PVC edging (25x25mm) shall be placed around the ply complete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(iii) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from head rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of exterior grade of size 630x200x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.
(iv) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from foot rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of extterior grade of size 630x280x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.
(v) Provide additional 4 nos stiffiner in each bed hard (Trade pattern) , properly bended to 'L' shape of size 1000x25x4mm thick and welded to bottom side of bed hard to support the long rail& head/foot rest. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(vi) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish compete all as specified and directed.
(vii) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR CB STEEL WITH / WITHOUT ARMS, CHAIR WRITING STEEL GODREJ / CHAIR CBA SPL WITH HAND BOARD (FD-75, FD-120 (M), TP)
(i) Providing MS flat iron 20 x 4 mm of 600 mm long painted with olive green/black duly drilled holes of 3 mm for screwing purpose and fixing through continuous welding to under side of seat frame for fixing of seat complete.
(ii) Replacement of unserviceable hard wood seat frame of Chair steel with arm with 1st class hard wood(sheesam/teak) seat frame of overall size 455x410mm containing each arm of size 25mm thick & 50mm wide. , well finished duly polished with black colour. The holes for canning shall be @ 12.5mm c/c and canning with plastic cane 2 mm wide, white half round for canning and 3 mm for edging as approved to be used. The canning shall be as per the Godrej pattern. The frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete.
(iii) All as specified in item No (b) above but back rest frame for Chair CB steel with arm of size 455x 380 mm.
(iv) All as specified in item No (b) above but seat frame for Chair CB steel without arm of size 430x 380 mm.
(v) All as specified in item No (b) above but back rest frame for Chair CB steel without arm of size 365x 380 mm
(vi) All as specified in item no (b) above but seat frame of Chair writing steel godrej / Steel chair with writing board as per existing shape and size.
(vii) All as specified in item no (b) above but back rest frame of Chair writing steel godrej / Steel chair with writing board as per existing shape and size.
(viii) All as specified in item no (b) above but seat frame of Chair CBA spacial with hand board as per drawing.
(ix) All as specified in item no (b) above but back rest frame of Chair CBA spacial with hand board as per drawing.
(x) Replacement of unserviceable & deficient 20mm dia MS rod welded to 25mm dia MS rod duly two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to fix the hand board complete.
(xi) Replacement of old u/s hand board and S&F new hand board of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of size 300x585mm with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws complete as per drawing.
(xii) Replacement of unserviceable rubber caps for top end side of MS pipe 25 mm dia of chair CB steel as required and as directed.
(xiii) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes of chair CB steel as per existing one.
(xiv) Replacement of unserviceable arms rest of 1st class hard wood (Shisham/teak) as per drawing, well finished and shall be polished in a glossy black finished shade as directed.
(xv)Removing unserviceable cane plastic from the seat frame/back frame of any type of steel Chairs like Chair CB steel with arms/Chair CB without arm/ Chair writing steel godrej/ Chair CBA spl etc. Recanning the all types of wooden frame with plastic cane 2 mm wide half round for canning and 3 mm for edging. The canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern. All seat and back rest frame shall be painted with dual coat of black colour. After canning the frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete as per drawing.
(xvi) Cleaning all steel surfaces of various steel Chairs arm thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery various sizes and putty as required as per trade practice and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer by means brush to a glossy finished shade all as specified and directed.
(xvii) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD / E6 / MAP / 05)
(i) Replacement of old u/s hand board and S&F new hand board made of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of size 300x585mm with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Replacement of unserviceable & deficient 20mm dia MS rod welded to 25mm dia MS rod duly two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to fix the hand board compete all as specified and directed.
(iii) Removing one piece of PVC seat & back from Chair school with hand board and S&F a new PVC seat & back ISI Marked.Make: Nilkamal/ Cello/ Italica.
(iv) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes as per existing one.
(v)Cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and apply putty as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer of required shade as approved by the spray painting to all steel surfaces up to a glossy finished shade as directed.
(vi) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Scraping and removing of old polished surface by using fine sand paper, Grinder ,abbressive cloth emery paper and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish (charcoal) on exposed surface to achieve high class finish as per existing shade, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge for the following wooden furniture items :-.
(i) Bed hard double bed. (TP)
(ii) Chair Dining cushioned with high back. (TP)
(iii) Chair writing cushioned/ Chair multipurpose cushioned. (TP)
(iv) Rack shoe with closed shutter. (TP)
(v) Side board multipurpose. (TP)
(vi) Sofa set 4 seater. (TP)
(vii) Sofa set 5 seats. (TP)
(viii) Table dining 8 persons. (TP)
(ix) Table writing with glass top. (TP)
(x) Table centre with glass top. (TP)
(xi) Table bed side. (TP)
(xii) Table peg with glass top. (TP)
(xiii) Table dressing ladies with stool. (TP)
M&L for replacement of unserviceable glass top(12 mm thick) of following items all as specified and shown on drawings. All fixing and finishing etc shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship, drawings and as directed. The glass shall be cut as per directed by Engr-in- charge.
(i) Table dining 8 persons. (TP)
(ii) Table peg. (TP)
(iii) Table centre. (TP)
(iv) Table writing. (TP)
BED HARD PLY TOP (FD-245, FD-246)
(i) Replacement of unserviceable ply wood both sides of head rest with 3.5 to 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced matching with the shade of existed of ply The ply wood shall be confirming to ISI as approved, 12 mm thick half cut TW beading including provision for MNF set with brass screw round head 25 mm long to be provided.
(ii) All as per item No. 9.01 above but foot rest.
(iii) Replacement of unserviceable long rail with 1st class well seasoned H/W Teak/ Shisham wood of required shape & size as per drawing.
(iv) Taking down the existing unserviceable broken legs of head/foot rest and S&F new legs of Ist class hard wood teak/ shisham wood.
(v) Taking down the existing unserviceable head rest (including legs) of Bed Hard and S&F new head rest complete made of Ist class shisham wood.
(vi) All as per item No. 9.05 above but foot rest.
(vii) Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the Bed Hard and S&F new BWP grade ISI marked plywood top as approved by GE, suitable to the bed, 12 mm thick. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(viii) Replacement of unserviceable stiffener made of 1st class hard wood (SAL) of size 40 x 60 mm of required size/length.
(ix) Tightening of complete bed hard with the support of bamboo pins , bracket and fevicol as per trade practice. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(x) Preparation of surfaces of Bed hard by applying one sealer coat as required to match the surfaces of existed & replaced parts and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve glossy finish as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
NOTE- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
