Disconnecting the unserviceable under ground cable, taking out the same and supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note;- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate items of Sch A

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches as cushioning to underground cable on top and bottom of cable complete all as specified and directed(measurement to be taken after punning down).

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 32 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road for cable protection etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S street light and Supply and fix LED street/security light fitting 45W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.98 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, Surge protection level ≥ 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD < 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra>70, and LED lumen efficiency >140 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, 80 degree luminior efficiancy > 110 Lumens/watt power LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500° K fixed on swan neck poles or straight poles incl making neccessary electric connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) the firm has to give warranty for street light fittings including driver minimum for 03 years for any defects developed during the period. (ii) The contractor shall submit the third party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory. (iii) The fitting should have BIS, CRSno Note :- PVC 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor cable and street light brackets required for street light connection will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch A

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S down light and supply, fixing & testing 15 W LED down light IP 20 protection, 1500 lumens surface mounted slim round with white powder coated aluminium housing with integrated electronc driver with premium diffuser to ensure glare free & even distribution of light complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S tube light and Supply, fixing & testing 20 W LED tube light 4 feet long THD <15% , PF 0.95, 2000 lumens etc all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with aluminum housing & integrated electronic driver complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S cable and supply and fixing 1100 volt grade cable heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor served with inner seathing with PVC tape overall PVC seathed for street light connection from street light to pole box by 1.5 sqmm 3 core (RBG in Color) cable flat or circular using copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket 1.20 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 50x6 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S time switch and M&L for Digital timer switch, suitable for 3 phase 415 Volts AC supply for street light feeder programmable 1 mm with backup of 6 years, 28 memory location weekly program with one changeoverr total 28 programs DIN type, daily/weekly with 20 Amps rating contractor with controller MCB four pole 30 Amps inside PVC polycarbonate enclousure of size 300mm X 300mm X 100mm with locking arrangement complete including mounting/ grouting in earth or fixed to pole/LT panel with MS clamps 40x5 mm FI ,nuts ,bolts and washers .and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer on clamps incl making neccessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S pole box and S & F Loop in and Loop out Box (Pole Box) made out of ploycarbonate front operable hinged from side of size 250x200x100 mm suitable for outdoor installation weather proof having 4 pole cable connector made out of copper (for cable in and out function) fixed inside box on DMC insulator support and 01 nos MCB SP 0.5 Amp fixed inside box complete to pole for street light fitting with MS clamps 40x5 mm GI nuts, bolts and washers incl making neccessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed. M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below grond level, earth plate placed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade ISI marked) from top edge of earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade ISI marked.with funnel with wire mesh etc. The earthing includes PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using stone agg pit, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg and angle iron frame of 25 x 25 x 5mm, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of existing steel tubular poles 8/9 mtr long straight or swan neck including three numbers bend/straps with red post office box incl brackets, clamp cross arms etc with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl writing MES No. complete as specified and directed.
