Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, Out Door type panel having size 500 mm x 500 mm x 300 mm deep having, prepaint treatment, painted with approved siemen's grey powder coated paint, 200 A, 4 strip insulated alluminium busbar and to accommodate following accessories, front openable, with 1 mtr legs - 4 nos, earthing, locking arrangement etc complete as required and made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder painted including following switch gears make Havells/ C&S/ L&T and panel is approved by CPRI, as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

SITC of water protected outdoor type compartmentalized hut type double door cubical panel of size 400mm depth suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated. The panel having 300A/415V 4 strip aluminum bus bar- 2 sets duly PVC sleeved, separate detachable gland plate, angle iron base frame made out of 65 mmx 65 mm x 6 mm angle iron of suitable size of the panel {minimum height 2 meter (one meter below the ground level and one meter above the Ground level), hinged door, with locking arrangement for inside/outside separately, earth bar/stud, i/c grouting the legs in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation and brick work around the three sides of panel to supporting complete as required with following instruments mounted on it. (Panel should be as per design & drawing approved by Engg in charge) Instruments(Inside/outside) i) 0-500 Volts, digital voltmeter ii ) 0-300 Amps, Digital Amp meter iii) LED Pilot light (22.5 MM dia) with 03 Nos with 6 amp MCB on door closure

63 Amp 10 KA TPMCCB with fixed thermal & fixed magnetic Ics- 100 %, long with neutral connector HPL/Schenider/L&T/Havells make

Supply and fixing of pole mounted looping box made polystyrene thermo plasting IP 66 rust proof, water proof and shock proof with intermally embeded gasket with provision for cable entry of 170 x 170 x 105 deep make Hensel/Sintex/Elspeisberg having 01 no SP MCB 6-10 Amp and with clamping arrengement of required size etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long x 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc( with charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for lop earthing alongwith the existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required in 15 dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required
