OUTSOURUCING OF SERVICES FOR MH DG SETS BOILER AT MH STP 80 ORS AND STP JRC UNDER GE WEST BAREILLY

Outsourcing of Services for DG Sets, Sub station, Booster pump, Bleaching dozer, Fire fighting pump including jockey pump & diesel driven fire pump, associated LT Panel,ACBs ,Changeover switch etc at MH Bareilly by providing trained/skilled technician for a period of 11 months round the clock in three shifts of 08 hrs each complete all as specified and directed.

Contractor shall provide operator at the rate of 3 shifts a day i.e. (i) 1st shift -0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd shift- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (iii) 3rd shift -2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Operator shall operate the following equipments -: (a) DG Set 600 KVA - 01 Nos. (b) DG Set 500 KVA - 02 Nos. (c) Priming of Booster Pump/Centrifugal W/S pumping set 12.56 HP - 03 Nos. (d) Main Pump of Fire fighting-01 Nos (e) Jockey pump set - 01 Nos. (f) Stand by fire pump set diesel driven- 01 Nos. (g) Bleaching Dozer - 01 No (h) Any work assessed by JE E/M/ Engineer-in-Charge.

Contractor shall ensure to stop oil leakage in DG set premises. Contractor shall also ensure to stop leakage from glands, coupling joints and shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and check of ACBs , Changeover ,DG set, booster pump, jockey pump and main fire pump. .

Contractor shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and checking of DG Sets and pumps as per manufacturers instructions and carry out petty maintenance of following nature by own arrangement as specified and directed.

NOTE:- (a) Checking of Lubricant oil / Fuel of DG Set and refilling the same in the Fuel tank from the Barrel. (b) Checking of lubricant in booster pump and jockey pump. (c) Checking of bleaching dozer for proper functioning. (d) Checking & noting down of POL Consumption and running Hours of DG sets in the log sheets.

Operator should be holding ITI certificate and experienced for operating, DG Sets qty-03 Nos ,including Substation Panel and changeover swithces, Water supply Pump sets, Fire fighting pump sets including electric panels.

Outsourcing of services for Steam Boiler Make Thermax 600 Kg/Hr complete by providing skilled and trained operator for a period of 11 months excluding Sundays in one shift per day of 8 hours each.

Contractor shall provide operator at the rate of one shifts a day i.e. (i) 1st shift -0800 hrs to 1600 hrs

Operator shall operate the following equipments -: (a) Steam Boiler Make- Thermax- qty- 02 (b) Air Compressor (c) Softener Plant of Boiler (d) Checking and opening of Steam valves and all type of Valves connected between Laundry plant and Boiler (e) Checking and opening of Air compressor valves and switch of Air compressor connected to the Laundry Dryer machines. (f) Any work assessed by JE E/M/ Engineer-in-Charge.

Contractor shall ensure to stop oil leakage in Steam Boiler permises.Contractor shall also ensure to stop leakage from glands, coupling joints and shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and check of Boiler.

NOTE:- (a) Checking of Lubricant oil / Fuel of Steam Boiler and refilling the same in the Fuel tank from the Barrel. (b) Checking of lubricant in pump sets. (c) Checking of Softener plant. (d) Checking & noting down of POL Consumption and running Hours of Boiler in the log sheets.

Operator should be holding ITI certificate and have to be submited by the contractor to the department duly verified and attested for operating steam boiler.

Notes:- The following consumables will be supplied free of cost under Sch 'B' to the contractor for operation and maintenance:- (a)Lubricant oil for DG Sets (b)Diesel for operating DG Sets. (c) Diesel for operating Steam Boilers (c) Bleaching powder/ALTOC

Outsourcing of services for sewage treatment plant (STP) by providing skilled operator man for operation of STP at 80 ORs Bly by providing skilled and trained operators for working in one shift per day (each shift of 8 hrs) i.e. from 0800 to 1600 hrs for maintenance and operation including keep up of machinery and equipment installed at installation and all associated connected accessories for a period of 11 months a including maintaining log sheets and other periodical maitenance record complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for sewage treatment plant (STP) by providing skilled operator for operation of STP of capacity 1.0 MLD and all associated connected accessories for a period of 11 months at JRC Bareilly to keep installation in functional condition in one shift per day (each shift of 8 hrs) i.e. from 0800 to 1600 hrs including maintaining log sheets and other periodical maintenance record complete all as specified and directed.

Contractor shall provide operator the STP at the rate of one shift a day i.e. (i) 1st shift -0800 hrs to 1600 hrs

Operator shall operate the following: (a) Operation of raw sewage pump, air blower, filter bypass, screw pump compressor, chloronome plant, filter, feed pump, dual media filter, activate carbon filter and agitator control panel (b) Removing of material arrested at Bar screen and monthly report to be submitted. (c) Change over from one pump to another daily on requirement. (d) Removing of oil floating at surface. (e) Applying grease to all motors and blowers periodically as per site requirement . (f) Draining of sludge from MBBR reactor once in a month to avoid chowking of air grid. (g) Back wash of dual media filter and activate carbon filter weekly. (h) Screening of inlet and outlet mesh box of MBBR reactor weekly. (j) Washing of tube media with low pressure Jet of raw water required.

Operator should be holding ITI certificate and experienced in Operating STPs and have to be submited by the contractor to the department duly verified and attested for operating STPs.

Contractor shall ensure to stop leakage from glands, coupling joints and shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and check of STPs.

Efficient treatment of the soil water shall be ensured by the contractor and required charactersitics of outlet treated sewage shall be as under:- Oil and grease < 10g/lit BOD < 20 mg/lit COD < 100 mg/lit Coliform count 100 count per 100ml

The operator deployed by the tenderer shall supply of treated water from plants to various distributary lines for arboriculture including running of pump etc after assuring cleaning on distribution line.

Note:- Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following: -

Payment to employed persons strictly to be done directly to AADHAR linked bank account only. The contractor shall submit all documents as per prevailing labour laws as applicable.

The contractor shall provide following to all employed operators on duty & rates are included in the above quoted rates: (a) First aid box /kit (b) Basic tools (c) Dangry/uniform to the operator on duty in the installations

Operator should not be more than 55 years of age and should not be deriving pension from any Govt/semi Govt or public sector undertaking.

Log sheets of DG Sets,Steam Boiler and STPs ,pump house shall be provided by the contractor & maintained by the operator correctly and handing/taking between continuous operator shall be done correctly as per norms of MES.The cost of stationary of log sheets included in the quoted rates.

Duty roster for one month will be prepared in advance and displayed at prominent places in installation to include names, shifts and residential address, contact Number etc. No operator shall be employed in continuous shift and duty roster to include rest day for each operator as per Factories Act on every seventh day. Operator reserve for leave/sickness etc shall also be provided and displayed on duty roster / register.

Contractor shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and check of all equipments and machines at sites as per manufacturers instructions and carry out minor repairs of following nature by own arrangement. (i) Glands (ii)Greasing (iii)Dusting of plant & machinery. (iv)Oiling of moving parts. (v) Weeding/ rooting out grass roots, vegetation etc.

Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning of surrounding area inside and outside of the Installations

Contractor shall be responsible for safety, security and upkeep of installation as per MES standards for installation.

Necessary security passes shall be arranged by the supervisor in respect of all personel deployed as per prevaling station rule and regulation.

Any change shall be notified by Engr in Charge/JE E/M and adhered to by the operator.

Any unserviceability of eqpt shall be notified to Engr in Charge/JE/MCM.

Notes: (i) In case the required operator/technician as mentioned in relevant items of Sch 'A' above is not engaged/found absent , necessary recovery to this effect based on double the quoted rate will be recovered from the contractor dues.
