Removal of under Ground RCC Hume pipes including necessary excavation in earth/soil and back filling the trench including proper consolidation etc. complete in all respect as directed by Site Engineer/ EIC.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations.] Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Assistance in opening sluice gates for transfer of effluent/water to ETP, transferring the effluent / water from receiving sump of ETP to effluent holding pond / storage tank / burrow pit by operating transfer pumps, valves etc including cleaning of strainer, pumps, motors, pipings, etc as and when required for maintaining smooth flow of effluent / water including tools, tackles, labour all complete as per direction of site engineer / EIC. The payment shall be made on man-day of semiskilled persons basis (unit is Man-Day)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer. This item also includes curing of PCC and compacting with mechanical vibrator.

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts and various PCC and RCC supports for pipeline, ramp etc.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer. This item also includes curing of PCC and compacting with mechanical vibrator. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR).

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

Providing 12 mm cement plaster on walls or flooring including raking out the joint over the brickwork, stone masonry or concrete surface in one or more coat with scaffolding, neeru finish, curing all complete. CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing a floating coat of neat cement punning of thickness 1.5mm on existing plastered surface including roughening the existing surface, making smooth the surface as directed with all labour and materials complete.

Casting, supplying and erecting in position precast reinforced cement concrete elements (with proper lifting lugs) for trench & drain covers, shelves, partitions, post, slabs etc. for all leads and levels including making necessary moulds, vibrating, tamping, curing, finishing the top surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) to give a smooth and even surface, transportation to Site, aligning and fixing in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 find sand,) including making recess in brick wall for placing the precast element in position and making good the same etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR).

With cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size)

With cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size)

Supply and laying 250mm RCC non-pressure pipes(NP-2 class) with collar in trenches, Caulking with CM 1:2 (1Cement : 2 fine sand) finished smooth at slope(1:1) including use of sight rails, boning rods, jute and testing the pipe line including supply of test appliances etc as per the specifications, directions & curing with all labour and materials complete excluding excavation and backfilling.

Supplying and laying 300mm diameter reinforced cement concrete light duty hume pipe, non pressure type (NP3), centrifugally cast conforming to I.S.458 with 1:3:6 concrete casing at joints as required with necessary slope including excavation, backfilling, supply of collars, jointing of pipes with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 ( 1 cement: 2 fine sand), testing of joints, complete in all respects as per specifications, drawing and the direction of the EIC/Site Engineer.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Supplying & filling coarse sand under floors, in foundations and plinth including cost-of sand, royalty, transportation, loading, unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm., watering, ramming, compacting, dressing and levelling etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing damaged plastered wall or flooring by rendering necessary patch work including removing the existing damaged plaster or IPS, raking out the joints of brick work, cleaning the surface and filling the depressions with reinforcement mortar & neat cement punning,levelling the surface curing etc. complete with all labour, materials & scaffolding etc.including removing the debris as directed.

Painting lines,dashes,arrows,letters etc. on pipes, tanks, roads and like up to 10 cm in width in two coats with road marking paint,brushing including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter

Supplying & providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) HCR/CRS Fe 500D bars (reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works) conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, placing at any position, at any height & depth with proper size concrete cover block & supports, binding with 18 Gauge G.I. wire at each intersection, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer.
