Preparatory works at the Ground Floor of TE building , Kasaragod for renting out to Postal Department including shfting of CSC

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In- Charge. For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Dismantling existing double shutter wooden door including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. and refixing the same for adjacent room with new MS holdfasts (6 nos) fixed in cement concrete, all complete: Of area beyond 3 sq. Metres

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying cement concrete masonry blocks masonry 150 mm thick in super structure, above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- harge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Re-assembling and fixing in position the dismantledaluminium partitions with particle board. Aluminium grills and glass using with necessary new rubber gasket, screws, mortice locks etc. as directed by the Engineer- in- charge complete.
