Taking down existing tar felt and PCC,plastering from the roof surface washing down and cleaning the surface with water and rubbish off the premises and M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate type B0 finshing existing surface even & smooth and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with single component, cold applied, water based Polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Roof @ 1.2kg/per sqm to confirms to ASTM D 6083- 97a with a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per ltr, having tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350°/o with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats including self-priming bond coat of Advanced Latex plus mixed Water and Cement in 1:4:7 and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification and direction of the Engineer ln charge. Note :- Roof treatment shall be applied by authorized applicator.
