Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length having 50 Nos rounds per 6 meter length(before stretching) on upto 3m height of wall with Y shaped angle iron brackets placed 2.4m to 3.00m apart, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T)/ spring core92.5mm thick) wie of high tensile strength of 165KG/sq.cm with tape(0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 5mm thick with WPC over 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces or fair face of brick work or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 finishing the surfaces fair and even

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls over alkali resitant primer & applying two coats of cement base paint.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material in patched n exc 10 Sqm for 15mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement in pathes n exc 15RM from rust from the reinforcing bars of dia upto 12mm to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for mixing and applying SBR polymer modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) 15mm average thickness in three layers as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge Note: Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of previously untreated old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Finishing of wall textured exterior paint required shade: New work (Two or more coats [email protected] ltr/10 sqm)over and including priming coat of exterior applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm
