(e) M&L for filling of sunken portion with 40 mm graded broken brick aggregate including levelling, watering and ramming to a true surface. (f) M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished fair and even all as specified. (g) Cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra to be paid on this account. Note :- (i) The work shall be executed by authorised manufacturers/ applicator. (ii) Only plan area of the toilet/WC/bath shall be measured for payment purposes. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates.

Support & Surface Preparation Dismantling & Demolition of RCC: Dementling redundant cement concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of unserviceable material within premises at a suitable stacking location at ground level. Note:-(a) The work will be carried out by providing temporary supporting system as per relevant BIS code for the respective building components prior to breaking the concrete for repair system to relieve load from the structure, using heavy-duty flat headed steel props of appropriate capacity and height upto 10m height( the bottom of the structural element) erected vertically in plumb, braced horizontally and diagonally at centre with each other using min 40 Nb steel pipes and supporting on continuous 4" x 3" wooden runner just below the structural element, resting on wooden block to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintaining them in position till required as directed by the engineer in charge. (Payment shall be made only once for a particular structural member irrespective of the number of times it is used for repair of that particular structural member. (b) Providing and erecting triple layered safety net of 50 mm. x 50 mm. x 12 size maximum opening at 12.80 m level or one level below working floor area including supporting the same with 40 Nb MS pipes as and wherever required to prevent the debris falling on ground and periodically cleaning of the fallen debris from net during progress of work and maintaining the same during the entire period of work.

Improving Microstructure of concrete by grouting. Providing and fixing NRV Nozzles- a. Identifying the building component to be repaired for structural cracks/ porosity/ honeycombing/ imperfections by injection grouting. b. With the help of electrically operated angle grinder with diamond saw blade, make V shaped groove crack line, for identified cracks, of up to 10mm wide and up to 10mm deep. The crack line will be cleaned by air blower. c. Sealing of exposed V groove 10 mm deep and 10 mm wide crack line/ honeycombing/ imperfections with solvent free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, structural adhesive mortar. d. Drilling holes of 12mm dia, up to 75-100 mm deep in beams and columns and 50-75mm deep(but not exceeding half of the thickness of the slab) in slab at the interval of 300-500 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line as directed by the Engr-in-charge including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 10-12 mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Value) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy solvent free moisture tolerant putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before grouting including cutting nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work of grouting, etc. complete.

Providing and Grouting Injecting low viscosity grout by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, Including Mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per manufacturer instruction by weigh batching Filling the grouting gun with grout, and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4 kg/Cm2) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal. The epoxy shall be Sikadur 52 LP IN and shall have following requirement : Viscosity : ~ 250 mPas at +30°C Mixed Density : 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C) Tensil St : ~ 50 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (as per ASTM D 638), Compressive St : ~ 70 N/mm2 (7 Days ) (As per ASTM C 579) Modulus of Elasticity in Tension ~ 2000 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (As per ASTM D 638) Note :leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

Concrete Chipping/ Dismantling and Reinforcement Treatment Surface Preparation Chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete or plaster with electric hammer or manually including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc. for max. 50 mm thickness and stacking of debris complete as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Rust Removal Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and providing,applying two coats of rust remover or form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer , including cleaning the reinforcement,wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1hour between the coats use. The location will be as approved by Engr in charge. Chipping area of stell shall be measured. Product: Sika Rust off 100. Consumption: 0.2 kg/m2/coat. Density: 1.01 Kg/l at 300C

Protective coating for reinforcement Providing and applying, brush application, curing to form anticorrosive with high bond strength of anticorosive polymer modified cementitious coating SIKA Amratec 108 plus for corosion inhibiting protection of reinforcement in two layers of total thickness of 2mm. The second coat shall be applied after 2-3 hours of first coat Product shall have following Properties : Mixed density : 1.02 Kg/L Type : 2 component polymner modified anticorosive cemetitous Consumption : 0.8 kg/sqm

Fixing & Grouting of New Reinforcement Providing extra reinforcement with TMT bars of 16 mm dia including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.i. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. CFRP Wrap Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength 230 GSM CFRP fabric SikaWrap® 230C in single layer over RCC member as per specification after surface preparation by rounding off sharp edges to 25 mm radius and cleaning it properly including thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur®-330. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC member at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and sprinkling sand over it as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Epoxy and CFRP shall be from same manufacturer, Epoxy shall have durabity test report from EMPA reputed international swiss based lab. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: Tensile strength (nominal) = 3100N/mm2; Tensile E – modulus = 230000 N/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.7%; fabric design thickness = 0.129 mm.

Polymer modified External Cement Plaster providing & applying 20mm thick polymeric cement mortar plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Anticarbonation Paint M&L for Preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members :- (i) Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. by vigorous wire brushing including light grit blasting where necessary as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using chemical (as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. Sand blasting to be done to remove trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application, primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air / spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed
