Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, incl bond stones made of precast concrete articles, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 04 here-in-before, but except stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded agg) as in bond stones set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, any width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron/ PVC pipe jointed in cement mortar in floor or trenche/ fixed on wall, of size 100/110mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron/ PVC pipe jointed in cement mortar in floor or trenche/ fixed on wall, of size 75mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 150mm bore reinfirced conctete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete with collars or socket/spigot type laid jointed and haunching at side in cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note- Cement concrete used for haunching shall be measured and paid seperately)

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggragate) as in cover slabs etc set in cement mortar (1:4) incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B1, 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate ) as in fdn filling and mass concrete for encasing of fencing posts, complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out cement mortar joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement mortar (1:4) raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paver) of 60mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushioning including watering and consolidation, the interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Sand filling shall be paid separately as material only)

Supply only for sand filling under floors or in foundations, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC(1:4:8) Type-D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and diercted by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L chequered cement concrete tile 25cm x 25cm /20cm x 20 cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ PCC block wall or concrete surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. incl provn of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel Framed work ornamental and intricate design such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balluster; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and simillar works conforming to Fe290 gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc. of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats synthetic enamelled paint over and incl one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size 550mm x 550mm and 18-20mm thick, laid over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for machine cut kota stone slab of size 550mm x 550mm and 18-20mm thick, laid over and incl 10 mm thick rendering as a backing caot rough finished in cement plaster 1:4, as in dado, riser of steps, skirting, pillar, etc., and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
