Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not mkore than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation and pleanth:-

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all hight.

Providing and laying Kota stone in flooring 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete

Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat with reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted limpet & rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:-

Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick preprinted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5microne primer coating+ back coat of pollster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks ,bolt and nuts 6mm dia meters with prepainted limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required as Per the direction of Engineer in charge0.50mm thick

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Preparetion and consolidation of sub grad with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth deressing S to camber and consoidating with road rooler i/c making good the undulations etc and re-rolling the sub -grade and disposal of sueplus earthwith lead upto 50 meteres
