Material & Labour for prepararion of old painted steel surface by cleaning of oils, dust and rust partical, scapping down old paint from steel tubular pole of 11 meter height, and apply two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (upto full height of pole from the ground level) including painting of all MS cross arms, channels/angle iron etc complete, including, zebra painting with synthetic enamel paint, marking of MES pole Nos in 10 cm height with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepararion of old painted PCC pole surface by cleaning of oils, dust and rust partical, scapping down old paint, and apply two coats of super enamel synthetic paint (first quality) over a coat of cement primer in zebra pattern (upto 1.5 metres height of pole from the ground level) complete including marking of MES pole Nos in 10 cm height with black synthetic enamel paint, with & including painting of all MS cross arms, channels/angle iron etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 metres long, size 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirement of IS-1678 of 1978 including painting the poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in sky blue and white (15 cm high each) alternate strips upto 1.5 m height from top of PCC coping including numbering the poles in synthetic enamel paint, including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) in foundation , PCC (1:3:6) in coping , with and including dismantling & breaking the old PCC foundation,taking out of old unserviceable pole, and removal of all the debries out side MD land complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of Stay assembly with galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15mm complete with accessories including loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay plate of required size, excavation in any soil/ hard rock and PCC work etc for fixing of stay rod of 20mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for Unbinding ACSR conductor and insulators from the poles and restretching/restringing & fixing the same ACSR conductor of any size on same poles and binding the same with & including the new 2mm dia aluminium binding wire and making/tightening of jumpers at appropriate place to ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- All four wires between poles shall be considered as one length. Distance between pole to pole shall be considered as length of wires for the purpose of payment.

Material & labour in repairs for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) including 22 gauge aluminium binding wire, line connections and jumper etc (Squirrel, weasel & ferret) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Supply & fixing in repairs 100mm high, 65mm dia Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 75mm high, 90mm dia Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised strap of 31x3mm with 12mm dia bolt, for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including apply two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of 1100 Volt jumpers by weasel conductor at pole by new one, with PG clamp including nuts and bolts / connector for fixing / tightening two conductor of equal or unequal size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down sub main wiring any type any size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down DB any type any size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Neutral - Black and earth continuity conductor - Green) drawing through existing steel /PVC conduit and terminated in existing terminal box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulator including continuous earth wire with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volt grade IS-694 FRLS multi stranded but unsheathed copper conductor cable connected to main earth dolly for one Light/ Fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch/regulator complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down carefully and opening, dismantling of ceiling fans of any sweep, cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and material & labour for re-winding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan with recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm of required length and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully and opening, dismantling of exhaust fan 450mm sweep by any means and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and material and labour for rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling the same with recommended quality grease/oil, reassembling and testing including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm of required length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 33 herein above but exhaust fan 380 mm sweep all as specified & directed. Note for item no.32 to 34 :- Spare parts if required to be replaced, shall be measured and paid seperately under srl item no.35 to 45 of BOQ here in after as supply only.
