Dismantling the existing starters from the site after disconnecting their outgoing and incoming power supply connections.
Fabrication / Supply of Cubical Panel Box suitable for wall mounting of size 400 X 350 X 200 mm (minimum) made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet, Indoor type, duly painted with powder coating, complete with following switchgears duly installed with their connections by copper cables etc. and with cable connectors for making required supply connections. Make of following insertions / Material:- L&T / Schneider / C&S / BCH / AE / DJB Approved 32 Amp four pole RCCB 100 MA – 01 no. 32 Amp Four Pole MCB 415V AC -01 No. 40 Amp Changeover Switch for Phase change panel -01 No. Phase Indication Lights – Red -01 no. Installation of the new Incomer Panel at site including providing of the all material required for fixing the panel.
Installation of the new Starter Panel at site including providing of the all material required for fixing the panel.
Making the required incoming power supply connections between main supply and new incomer panel by connecting the existing cable after relaying of cable and re thimbling of cable ends as per requirement.
Making the required power supply connections between new incomer panel and new starter panel by supply / laying and connecting new cable for star delta connections including thimbling of cable ends as per requirement.
Making the power supply provisions from the starter to the pumps by providing / laying of new copper cables and making the required connections including providing of all material as per requirement.
Testing and commissioning of the new starter panels including testing for their manual / automatic operations for the pumps as after making required configurations for the automatic operations in the starters. Testing of starters at No Load and then at On Load. Testing of tripping system of starters as per requirement.
