Re-fixing in repair for aluminium strip 25 X 3.15 mm with saddles, DNB insulator and fixing screws washer etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for Test point terminal block of size 175 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm made out of 2.0 mm thick hot dip galvanisied sheet drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 125 mm long hexagonal head screwed with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire of size 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing testing point all as specified and directed including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15 mm dia bore GI light grade as earth lead protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 300x300x50mm as earth pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, charcoal and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note- Rate quoted deemed to be included excavation and earth work in any type of soil with PCC type C1 in pit PCC Cover & other arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I connected to LT panel boards all as specified and directed including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 40 mm dia bore GI light grade as earth strip protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 300x300x50mm as earth pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, charcoal and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Disconnection/taking down Air termination any sizecomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with DNB insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 4 mm dia galvanised iron strip including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, DNB insulators & hylem sheet block complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection of electric connection from DG set of any description and in any position, for servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed for following capacity of DG sets :-
