Balance work of computer cum language lab at Govt women ITI Rohama.

1.Earth work in bulk excavation for all kinds of soil by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge ,including setting out, construction of shoring/bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials.

2.Providing and laying of soling stone size on level (hand packed ) watering ramming complete below Foundation& rooms including carriage with cost and carriage complte.

3. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) PCC below Foundation& rooms-Mudmat including carriage and cost.

4. Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75in super structure upto floor -v lavel in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) Inculding cost and carriage of all material & curing).

5. Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

6. 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

7.Providing and laying in position specified grades of reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in beams, slabs, walls(any thickness) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, columns, , stairs,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. using 20mm thick crushed stone agg. Excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. a) : All work upto plinth level :

8.Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, binding & placing in position all complete. HYSD reinforcement of grade Fe-500D steel bars at all levels with cost and carriage .

9.Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

10. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage,cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate)
