Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing outside defence area, complete all as specified and directed . NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height as per directions of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers 5 mm thick over 10 mm thick on brick /stone/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height as per directions of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed . NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height as per directions of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Taking down cement plaster from chajjas or facias etc, incl. dismantling of damage conerete & repair the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) on chajjas of any width and applying 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (WPC included the quoted rate), finished even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices of over head tanks etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of comouflage colour cement base paint on RCC OH water storage tanks, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman. Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high including obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.2 Sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified (such as TANK NO : 02, DATE OF CLEANING - 01-12-2022 etc.)

Cleaning and removing of loose particles by brushing with wire brush and making the surface dry for RCC over head tank upto 25 mtr height and under ground water sump upto 5 mtr depth , complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height & 5 mtr depth as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Cutting holes in the concrete and grouted with chiesal and hammer and providing nozzles to fixing at sutable intervals depending upon the porocity of the concrete at 30cm center to center, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height of RCC overhead tank as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Preparation of surface by cleaning and removing of all loose particles by brushing with wirebrush, marking the surface dry and providing injection grouting to arrest leakage using Perma grout & water in the ratio of 1 volume of grout to 2 volume of water to form uniform consistancy, slurry pumping this slurry through the fixed nozzles using a 30 psi pump and sequentilally covering grout holes one by one so that area of grouted 1" - 2" of grout slurry from each hole is removed and sealed with Perma Grout-40. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height of RCC overhead tank as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Providing and laying water proofing tretement on RCC water tank by applying cement slurry mixed with polymer water proffing compound (Perma Hypercrete) by applying first layer of well stirred of slurry of cement and polymer water proffing compound (Perma Hypercrete) mixed in the ratio 1-1 provided in green condition as first coat and providing final layer (after 5 to 6 hours) of well stirred of slurry of cement of polymer water proofing compound of mix in the ratio 1-1 applied with brush in perpendicular direction, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 25 mtr height of RCC overhead tank as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Cast iron sluice valve 100 mm bore with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gaskit joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement of site incl dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves 100 mm bore, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gaskit joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement of site incl dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves 150 mm bore, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 900 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed. Note - Earth work, PCC, Plastering etc including the quoted rate.

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged GI pipe of any size from trenches/walls including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed for necessary replacement /relaying serviceable GI pipe.

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing of MS ERW pipe both side flange type of size 150 mm bore for connection of over head tank including all fittings & locating the leakage of MS raising mains delieng pipe/ to the over head tank by replacing rubber gasket, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. All GI Fittings bend ,elbow,tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate. 2. Rate for scope folding ladder to repair the leakage MS pipe deemed to be included in the quoted rate upto 25 mtr height

Locating the leakage of MS raising mains delivery pipe of dia 150 mm to be the over head tank by replacing rubber gasket, nuts bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed. CI/GI special fittings as per IS for spigot and socketed pipes for water mains / branches lines such as bends(any type radious and angle )tapers any type (straight, bend,increasing,decresing,or double socket etc) tee pices,single branch ,Y juntion, double branch,cross(all socket ,socket and spigot) collers,caps&plugs, including connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pices suitable for run lead joint, run lead up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
