Satisfactorily completed, in at least one financial year in last three years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 providing Services of total 14 Nos Manpower in at least minimum 3 category from the below mentioned 6 categories of staff. 1) Operation Manager2) Database Administrator 3) Support Engineer 4) Account assistant 5) Data entry Operator 6) D-groups employee(Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/Central Government/State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies/Private Organisations )

Satisfactorily completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of Operation Manager/Database Administrator/Support Engineer/Account assistant/Data entry Operator/D-groups employee Manpower Services of value not less than Rs. 52 Lakhs in any one of the last three years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies/Private Organisations)

Provident fund (PF) Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) along with 3 months PF payment challan to be enclosed

ESI department Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities ) along with 3 months ESI payment challan to be enclosed

GST 3B for last 3 Months (Attach valid GST Registration Certificate and GST 3b Returns for last 3 months)

Average Annual financial turnover of at least Rs.65 Lakhs for the last three financial years. 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 (Attach Turnover Certificate, Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant with profit and loss statement)
