Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Joist, channel, angle, flat iron or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric N exc 4 kg per sqm to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparing new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed
Material and labour for preparing old steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fix in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ingbolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
Supply and fix in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia made out of 2.6mm dia spring steel core wire having zinc coating on core wire 230G/Sqm (min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make in white colour and each coil having a min 50turs (circles) and an avg weight not less than 8.75Kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of compound wall by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding to the MS section complete all as specified and directed
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type including mild steel deformed bars in any size complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fixing MS galvanised chain link fencing of grid size 50x50x3.10mm dia wire (Weight not less than 3.25 Kg/Sqm including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed
Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for as in line wire for straining fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
Opening/Lifting of Man hole cover of septic tanks, removing night soil, taking out waste soil,sludge, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste from Manhole of any depth and in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means, cleaning internal surfaces of tank and refix the man hole cover on completion of work including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed Notes:- (a) The night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities/ Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land. The quoted rate shall be inclusive for the same. (b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra expenditure to government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of cleaning the neared MH and sewage line from that MH to septic tank as directed

Labour only for removing blockage of WC Indian/Europen type urinal/bath or kitchen traps including cleaning of WC pan/floor traps/Nahani traps and removing blockage of down take pipes up to 1st manholes complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Sl No 17 to 22 :- (i) Contractor's supervisors has to collect the complaint slip from AGE B/R III office on all working days. The complaints has to be attended on the same day and submit the slip duly signed by the user on the same day by 1700 hrs to the office. (ii) If the contractors fails to attend the complaint on the same day, recovery @ Rs 500 per day complaint shall be effected from the amount due to the contractor. (iii) If there is any major blockage in sewage line/septic tank or any emergency situation immediate service has to be provided by the contractor even in holidays without any extra cost.
