Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) mix, 20 mm thick dubara sponge finished including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc, to site including sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar finishing curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer – In –Charges etc, complete for finished item of work.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) mix, 12 mm thick dubara sponge finished including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc, to site including sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar finishing curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer – In –Charges etc, complete for finished item of work.

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushers and/scrapping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade II and two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS aluminum glazed partitions using 10 MM CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS and 5 mm thick plain glass to full height. Using with LAM to a height of 0.91 meter at bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminum sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Plain Cement concrete M15 grade as per IS 456=1876 (Equivalent to (1:2:4) mix using 20mm size nominal machine crushed HBG metal (coarse aggregate) including cost and Conveyance of all materials like cement , sand course aggregate, water, etc. from approved quarries to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as form work, machine mixing ,laying concrete, vibrating, finishing smooth to required levels, water curing etc., complete for finished item of work (SSNO.402 & 403 APSS)

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size 63.5x100 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member.

Cost, supply and providing Flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with teak veneer on one face and commercial ply on another face (lipping): 35 mm thick conforming to IS:2202 including all necessary fixtures, labour charges for fixing door to the frame etc., complete for finished item of work.
