Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Registration Certificate in Firms - Individual Name

Valid Licence issued from the Labour Department, Govt. Of Karnataka, under the Labour Laws

Registration Certificate for Service Tax along with Service Tax payment challan for the financial year 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 & the latest payment challan copy and also GST Registration Certificate

Having Experience of (last) two years (2024-25 & 2025-26) in providing commercial passenger vehicles to Central/State Govt. Depts./Local bodies/PSUs/Multi National Companies

Executed at least one similar order of not less than Rs. 5.05 Lakhs in any one year during the past 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Annual Turn Over should be more than Rs. 5.05 Lakhs, in any one year during the past 4 years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)
