Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point, socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper / white washing / colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) For item to be replaced under repair (day to day complaint) contactors trade man should report to E/M complaint cell daily and take complaint from concren JE E/M and after attending complaint he should give feedback and return the complaint slip duly signed by user to concern JE E/M on same day. (ii) Electrical complaint to be attend within 24 Hrs from the receiving of complaint, otherwise panalty of Rs.100 per complaint per day will be imposed on contractor. In this connection decision of EIC and GE will be full and final.

Note (Contd.../-) (iii) Being a maintenance contract site will be handover to contractor as per complaint received from user and as per site requirement. (iv) For any minor repair required in wiring or there is any fault in circuit where the item under repair is to be replaced, contractor has to identify and recitify the fault without any extra cost. (v) For timely addressing of complaints items which are required on daily basis as desired by E/M will be procured in bulk & deposited with him. (vi) Rates for above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor against BOQ/Sch 'A'. No extra payment in this regards be made to the contractor.
