Construction of Indoor stadium at Sopore( Balance work)

Providing and fixing of 0.50 mm thick Colour coated High Rib Iron profile sheets of approved as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in roofing incld carriage of same upto site of work complete.The sheet should have a protective guard film of 25 mm mircon minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single lenghth upto 12 mtr or as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.The Sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /Self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with epdm seal of same colour matching the shade of the sheets.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete. On steel work incld all carriages complete.

Providing and fixing of PVC Wall Panelling /Ceiling Panelling made of finish PVC Sheets of approved make and shade including necessary framework,acessories ,edge trims and fixing with screws and adhesive and scafolding upto required height complete Job incld all carriages complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) including all carriages.

Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate with carriage.

Providing and Applying Polyurethane (PU) seamless finish with Anticid performance Flooring System including Primer,Shock-absorbing base layer 8-10 mm thick,Self Levelling PU Base coats, PU wear Top coats,court line marking in approved colours as per technical specification and manufacuturer's instructions, over plastered leveled concrete /RCC floor surface incld all carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.
