Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth with in all lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lift. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, within all lead and lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within all lead and lift. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position plum concrete with hard stones bolders in Retaining wall etc. upto all heights and level, size and shape, etc with cement concrete with mix (1:3:6) 1 cement,3 coarse sand,6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulders in plum concrete (excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing Precast Compound wall made of M-20 grade of concrete (including installation, transportation) with precast panel of size 2100x300x50mm and 1800x300x50mm by using 4 no's of 3mm PCC steel bar per set, with stressing system. The height of precast compound wall 6 feet above the ground and columns will be 6 feet above the ground and 2 feet below the ground level as per drawing attached, all complete with in all lead and lift and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.
