Providing and fixing 22 gauge Copper plate on roof upto 20 m height in conical shape with side moulding and interlocking each other and fixing with 20 mm copper nail. Overlapping should not be less than 0.6 of the area of the sheet. Water tightness should be at all level the purity of the copper plate has to be tested in lab get approved by the authority before fixing. The entire exposed area has to be painted with metalic paint 2 or more coat including a base coat of Etch primer. The cost including material, nails and scaffoldingup to 20 m height complete job as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
