2.5 : Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking

Providing and fixing second class teak Solid wooden door and window shutter having 35 mm thick with necessary wooden pivot / oxidised iron butt hinges with necessary screws planks jointed with 25 X 80 mm reepers with necessary iron screws complete job as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing available second class teak wood reepers using departmental reepers after cutting, sizing making columb/special lap joint and providing the same in position with new nails including all cost of fixing etc as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing second quality teak wood reepers of required size after cutting, shaping,making lap joint and providing the same in position including cost of all materials as directed by Engineer in charge

Supplying, drilling/cleaning hole and fixing appropriate length of ETA Approved HRD anchor suitable for fastenings on concrete & masonry wall. Anchor should comprise of Polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve and double threaded 6.8 grade countersunk head double threaded screw made of carbon steel galvanized to minimum 5 microns. Labour charge for Roofing with departmentaly supplied MP roofing tiles including extra labour with raised up mughappu, false ceiling, obstructions, additional works in valleying areas etc. including necessary scaffolding complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge

Providing and laying MP tiles of standard size over RCC Roof applying one coat of cement slurry @ rate of 2.2 kg/Sqm then laying MP tile over a bed of average 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg /sqm including grouting the joints with white cement if requires and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 22 gauge Copper plate on roof upto 20 m height in conical shape with side moulding and interlocking each other and fixing with 20 mm copper nail. Overlapping should not be less than 0.6 of the area of the sheet. Water tightness should be at all level the purity of the copper plate has to be tested in lab get approved by the authority before fixing. The entire exposed area has to be painted with metalic paint 2 or more coat including a base coat of Etch primer. The cost including material, nails and scaffoldingup to 20 m height complete job as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

8.12 : Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvillinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.a. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

8.3.2 : Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer -in-Charge.Granite work

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on floors jointed with white cement mortar 1:4 (1 white cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile , laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including machine rubbing and floor polishing complete as per the direction of engineering in charge.

Providing and fixing dressed granite slab not less than 300 mm width and 50 mm thick including dressing the top to the true level with square cutting the edges and pointing with cement slurry mixed with matching pigments complete job as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Plastering with lime mortar 1:2:9,(1cement:2 lime:9 fine sand )12mm thick using lime mortar and adequate quantity of herbals such as Jaggery, kadukka water and etc for old surface for traditional works including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour,scaffolding, curing, lead lift , etc complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Preparation of lime may be as per specification no.6.0

Filling the major cracks by providing and applying approved products like Asian Paints-Smartcare Hybrid PU Sealant in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable method including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in- Charge.

Removing Rust using Rustolin or Equivalent at all locations by applying as per manufacturer's specifications and cleaning throughly etc complete On steel work

Applying white or colour wash by mixing glue & indigo as per requirement three or more coats to surfaces such as walls,columns, ceiling etc, including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Preparation of lime may be as per specification no 11.7 and test certificate of lime may be produced by the agency

Applying sealer compound after Preparing the surface/cracks with suitable wooden fillets after cleaning and smoothing the surface and grooves with special chisel/tools applying 1 or more coat of wooden filler diluted in special thinner.Entire surface will be sand papering smooth manually without disturbing the wooden carving details.Then Apply second coat of wooden filler and sand papering smoothly.Then the entire surface will be applied with two or more coat of sealer compound

M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge.
