DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Supply, installing and testing 18" Glass Crushing Machine made out of heavy duty MS Casting pedestal & load wheel 12 mm chamber wall thickness, stapes blade types heavy duty rotor, chamber size 12" width with output of 30 to 50kg/hr of having zali 8.5 mm output screen holes, 2 nos fix blade 12'' En-8 harden, 4 nos rotor blade 12 '' En-8 harden, with 5HP 1440 RPM motor complete all as specified. Note- 1. The machine shall be directly procured from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) only. 2. The OEM i.e Supplier should be registered with MSME, MAKE : M/s Fabtech, M/s Power Hydrotech, M/s SRS Engineering Delhi, Ecotech Solution, Microteknik, M/s Smart Enviro Systems Pvt Ltd Note : The machine shall be installed by OEMs with the following provisions: 1. Necessary catalogues mentioning instruction and function of all parts in triplicate shall be provided by the OEMs. 2. Proper training shall be provided about its usage and operation. 3. The contractor & OEM shall furnish 5 years guarantee for smooth functioning of crushing machine.

Excavation in trenches ,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts ,well cesspts ,manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 20cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soft / disintegrated rock including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material soft / disintegrated rock n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete type C2, 1 : 3 : 6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in for embedding of posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, PCC 1:4:8 as in subase of floors (40mm graded agg) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2, PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joint filled with pre formed bituminus filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade B for 100mm thickness of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on newly prepared steel surface of any description ,not otherwise description over 10cm width or girth as directed by Engr -in -charge

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrougted steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverigs/cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed) ,trussed,purlins ,crane gantries,rails and fasstenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam,tee,angle channel or flat,tubular sections ) including distance pieces,cleats etc FE 410 -W (Gde-E-250) quality-B all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,purlins,posts where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses/posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors frame or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc.,compelete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl. either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclsive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, as in Plinth protection etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metre and at change in direction complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 100 mm size butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel barrel tower bolt stove enameled black 100 mm size with bright bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel pressed handle oval type 150 mm size, stove enameled black complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 300mm long Mild steel sliding door bolt , plate type stove enamelled black with bright not less than 16mm dia with and including minimum of 6 bolts and nuts four on plate and two on staples plat and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mm th Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F mild steel Round bar bars ,10mm dia and over up to including 10mm dia ,cut to length ,bent to shape required ,including bending for col ,beam hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire not less than .9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainingand fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depressions with and including apporved earth which may occur during rolling process complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness laid in two layers with broken lime stone/sand stone flint quartizite boulders, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled to required level, camber, gradient and super elevation and consolidating with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40 kg/square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.
