Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (By mechanical means)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 10000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Design, providing construction drawings, providing methodology and construction of Reinforced Shored Structure using 50mm wide geosynthetic strap as per technical specification made of polyester yarns and encapsulated in LLDPE sheathing and the minimum coefficient of apparent friction at the top most layer shall be 1.5 including supply of galvanized welded steel grid panels facia made from fusion welding of minimum 8mm diameter bars having tensile strength ≥ 450  N/mm2 and hot-dip galvanization of minimum 500 grams per sqm, aperture size of 100 x 100mm and tensile strength of mesh ≥ 226 kN/m (Long term design strength for 100 years ≥ 123 kN/m), connection shear strength of mesh ≥ 100 kN, supply and fixing of galvanized steel mechanical connectors (500 grams per sqm hot-dip galvanization) with connection strength between soil nail and geosynthetic strap ≥ 100kN and connection strength between geosynthetic strap and mesh ≥ 50kN and supply of non-woven geotextile as per the Bill of Quantity, drawings and technical specification of slope protection works. The inclination of the wall shall be 70 degree with horizontal.

Supply and laying of selected backfill soil as per MoRT&H's specification in between slope surface and the facing element to a full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawings and Technical Specification including all lead, lift, equiment, tools, tackles, manpower, royalty, taxes, all complete.

Supply and laying of 120-150mm dressed boulders in front of the Reinforced Earth facia (average thickness 400mm) as per technical specification and drawing including all lead, lift, equiment, tools, tackles, manpower, royalty, taxes, all complete.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Preparation of levelling pad of 150mm wide and 350mm thick with PCC M-20 concrete as per drawings including manpower, tools, tackles all complete. (Nominal mix 1:2:4)

Supplying and laying of laminated geosynthetic clay liners for impermeable lining having Bentonite mass per unit area (at 0% moisture) = 4,200 grams/sqm, Bentonite mass per unit, GCL mass per unit area (at 12% moisture) = 5,185 grams/sqm, laminated (HDPE/LLDPE) should be minimum 200 Microns sheet and Hydraulic conductivity (k20) = 5.0 x 10-12 m/sec and Index flux (qi) = 1 x 10-9 m3/m2/sec max as per the technical specification including manpower, tools, tackles, all complete. Geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) should be factory manufactured hydraulic barriers consisting of a layer of bentonite or other very low-permeability (Minimum 1 x 10-7 m/s) material supported by geotextile combinations, mechanically held together by needling, stitching, or chemical adhesives.

Supply and laying of drainage geocomposites with mini-pipes which is a multi-linear drainage geocomposites (terminology as per ASTM D4439-2017) composed of non-woven geotextiles that are needle-punched together with perforated, corrugated polypropylene mini-pipes regularly spaced inside and running the length of the roll. The mini pipes have two perforations per corrugation at 180˚ and alternating at 90˚, at a gradient of i=1 having in plane flow capacity of 1L/s/m under 400 kPa during 100h testing.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Providing and laying PCC M-20 concrete at the berm of the reinforced soil hybrid system including manpower, tools, tackles all complete.
