Detailed specification of components as follows. 1. 3D net, which is lightweight three-dimensional mat made of continuous filaments. 3D net are made of three dimensional structure consisting of UV stabilized non degradable Polypropylene/ Polyethylene/ Nylon or similar polymer fibres that are extruded or heat bonded/tangled at the contact points to provide a dimensionally stable Matrix for soil erosion protection with minimum tensile strength 2 kN/m in length direction & 1 kN/m in cross direction having minimum thickness 6.5mm and minimum mass per unit area 450 gsm as per material specification of IRC-56:2011 2. Self-driven rock anchor made of 40CR material (equivalient to 41Cr4 as per BS EN 10083-3) with outer dia of 32 mm and inner dia of 18.5 mm, Yield Load Carrying Capacity of Minimum 230 KN in soil / overburden /rock suitable for drilling placing and cement grouting. Installation with all accessories such as 51 mm dia drill bit, couplers, 200*200mm base plate with 10mm thick and nut and bolt complete in all respect. 3. Percussion Driven Zinc-Aluminium Alloy Anchors (Material specification as per BS EN 12844), comprising of minimum 3mm dia wire rope tendon and the tensile strength of wire of the cable should be 1770 N/sqmm having corrosion protection of Zn-Al Coating complete with Self-locking top termination plate made up of suitable corrosion resistant material. 4. Zinc Coating: The coating weight shall be heavily coated and soft type confirming to the requirements of specifications IS 4826:1972. Adhesion of Zinc Coating: No flakes or crack shall be observed while testing for adhesion of zinc coating as per IS 4826: 1972. Internal diameter/Outer diameter of Polymer coated wire as per material specification of IS-16014:2018.
