5.3 PRE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA :

b Bidder Should have Rs. 14.56 Lacs (30% of Estimates Cost) average annual

financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31 st March of the previous

financial year. (It should be certified by registered C.A. firm only.)

Scanned copy of Turnover Certificate / Audited Balance sheet with profit and loss

account of Last three financial years (Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

c Bank Solvency Certificate Rs. 9.71 Lacs (minimum 20% of estimated cost) not more

than 12 months old effective from the date of invitation of tender.

d Partnership Deed (if applicable)

e Registrar of Firms (if applicable)

f Any other documents in supporting of bid.

g PAN Card & GST registration certificate

h Only manufacturer of such type of fire & rescue vehicles and/or its authoried

dealer/distributor can take part in the tender for which necessary supporting

proof needs to be enclosed.

i Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last

5 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are

invited should have successfully completed one work as required item in any

Govt. Organization ( Work order & Completion certificates for the same shall be

submitted in proof of the work done )

5.4 ENHANCEMENT FACTORS:-

Following enhancement factors will be applied to completion cost of works to bring them to

the base year. The current financial year in which bid is invited shall be considered as the

Base (year of inviting tender) Financial Year Enhancement

5.5 Tenders without valid Tender document fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and

proof of Registration in appropriate category, Other documents as demanded in

tender for pre-qualification of contractor along with certificate of experience of

similar nature of work or submitted incomplete in any respect will be summarily

PRICED BIDS of only those Bidders shall be opened whose bids are found techno-

commercially acceptable and who satisfies for the pre-qualification criteria as stated

above. The decision of Municipality in this matter shall be final.

5.6 Demand Draft for E.M.D. & tender fee shall be submitted in electronic format

only through online ( by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean

that E.M.D. & tender fee are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly

offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & tender fee is received electronically.

However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send the D.D. in original to

Chief Officer, at the time of tender opening or send the same through R.P.A.D. so as to

reach to Chief Officer, Dharampur Nagar palika, Dharampur upto 07/04/2026.

the Municipality.

8.2 EMD in the form specified in tender document shall only be accepted.
