Excavating over area not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as directed

Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller, watering as necessary including filling in hollows and depressions and consolidating to the required level, gradient and camber complete all as directed.

M & L Soling (or sub base), 150 mm thick (spread thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stones including filling of inter stices, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne complete, all as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick compacted thickness WBM with coarse aggregate granite,trap or basalt stone of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size ) ,spread ,rolled the surfaces by using 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller to consolidated thickness to meet gradient and required camber complete all as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compresser to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed .

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using cold bitumen emulsion @ 10kg per 10sqm complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled with using power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonnes followed by an intermediate smooth wheel pneumatic roller of 15 to 30 tonnes having tyre pressure of 7 kg/sqm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where direceted at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as directed.
