CERTAIN REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, DISLOADING , REPAIR AND CLEANING OF OXIDATION POND AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT AFS TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Taking out vegetation/water weeds and floating materials from the oxidation ponds of size 124mx46m (approx) and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m over and including surface dressing on the embankment of oxidation pond not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil by trimming and removing vegetation bushes/ small trees and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Provisions of rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 shall be srtictly followed.

All as per item No. 01 here in before but oxidation pond of size 84m x 31 m (Approx), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Declogging and cleaning of floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap in bath room and kitchen by mechanical means and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of waste water upto the first manhole,using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Declogging and clearing of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ Urinal by mechanical means for removing block wastes/silt and mud etc., including removal of debris from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing of waste upto 1st manhole and finally cleaning the washroom/toilet with clear water throughly or removal of debries/dirt etc.,using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed..

Cleaning of septic tanks/ sewage sumps/ blocked manholes etc by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/ semi liquid states and scraping out sludge, organic matter/inorganic matter, soft/ semi solid material using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of Section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" and removing sludge to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Solid deposits after dewatering will be considered for measurement purpose after cleaning)

Cleaning of sewage line,100mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from man hole to man hole including removing and re-fixing the manhole cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate man hole(s) will be measured.

Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.

Taking out deposited mud, silt, waste etc. from drains or channels and culvert beds, including removing mud, silt, waste etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as directed.

Bailing out water content in liquid/semi liquid state from sewage in septic tanks/ sewage sumps/manholes/soakage pits etc upto the top of sludge level/aggregate fillings by using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of Section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and removing/discharging water content in liquid/semi liquid to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing gully traps of internal size (Approx) 500 mm (L) x 400 mm (B) x 300 mm (D) by taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil,, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors, including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surfacee channels, drains including demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in landings,cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces,all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel work such as bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/ path/ hardstanding etc., including demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning under interlocking tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, non skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.11 Sqm but not exc.0.18 Sqm conforming to IS 15622, Premium class, grade B IIa on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and incuding 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement in walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and bottom of sunken floors and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including applying two coats of epoxy resin as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for, preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali based primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, 150 mm bore, Class SN 8, SDR 34, ISI Marked (IS 16098 Part-2) (SN8 DWCPE pipes) Unplasticised Non Pressure Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC-U) pipes for use in underground drainage and sewarage system, single socketed, with elastometric sealing ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete), 150mm internal diameter, set in cement mortar,complete all as specified and directed.
