Providing Housekeeping maintenance service through outsourcing for the Hostels in Administrative Training Institute (ATI) and State Institute of Urban Development (SIUD-Functioning in ATI Campus), for a period of ONE Year

Valid Certificate of Registration under the Labour Act with the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka (Form-C).

Firm/Company must have a branch office in Mysore. Documents supporting the same should be compulsorily uploaded with geotagged office photos.

Valid Labour License issued by Department of Labour (Form-VI)

Valid EPF Registration certificate issued by the Department of EPF.

Valid ESI Registration Certificate issued by the Department of ESI.

Valid Goods and Service Tax Registration issued by the Commercial Tax Department.

GST returns (3B) filed details for the year 2025-26 for all 12 months.

Valid Professional tax registration certificate along with professional tax paid returns for 2025-26 (Form-4).

Valid PAN Card scanned copy with operative status.

Income Tax returns filed for the last three Financial Years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

Experience Certificates in providing Housekeeping staff/manpower services to any Government Institutions/Government Organizations/State /Central Government Departments for at-least three of the preceding 5 years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) to be filled and uploaded in Section XI Proforma-A.

The bidders must upload authorized Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c of preceding three years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) audited by Certified Chartered Accountant/Registered CA Firm/FCAs.

Annual Turnover in each of the last 03 years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) must be Rs. 3,67,82,000/- in which the tenderer should have executed Housekeeping staff/manpower Services for reputed Institutions. It should be audited by certified Chartered Accountant / Registered CA firm / FCAs.

The Housekeeping manpower agency/service provider should have satisfactorily completed the service of at least 85% of the amount put to the Tender (in a minimum of any three years mentioned below) for preceding five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) in Housekeeping staff/manpower services to various State/Central Government Departments, Government Institutions, Government organizations.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka. The agencies participating in the Tender must not be black listed by any Government Institutions/ Departments/Organizations. A self-declaration as in required format in Section XII: Annexure-1 must be compulsorily submitted in Rs.100/- e-stamp certificate as per Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments. The said Declaration shall be duly attested by a notary after the date of notification of this Tender If any of the participating bidders are found to be black listed then such Tender bids will be rejected.

Type of the tenderer i.e., Proprietor/Firm/Company must be mentioned & submitted with supporting documents.
