Excavation of pipeline trench in Soil mixed with Boulder, lift upto 1.5m, lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete.

Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, lowering into trenches with true alignment, laying of MSERW pipes Grade Yst 210, jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of electrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe line (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete.

Supply and installation of 125mm odex bore (i) Transportation of Suitable truck mounted Rig machine, air compressor OP unit camp equipage connected T&P and necessary accessores, tubewell assembly housing pipe etc. including loading, unloading erection and leveling of rig machine upto site of work etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge required for drilling and development of mini tubewell.. (ii) Drilling of bore 125 mm size by rig machine ODEX method in alluvial, boulders pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc: including lowering, welding of required kind size of MS ERW casing pipe (blind/ slotted) from ground level upto entre depth ordered by the department rates are included ms enw cashing pipe. (iii) Drilling of bore 125 mm size DTH attachment from bottom of casing shoe. (iv) Development of tubewell by the suttable are compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge to give sand free discharge, adeast for 12 Hrs. (v)Development of tubewell by the suttable submersible OP unit complete with Lowering and lifting of pumping plant having suitable discharge including running of OP unit and yield testing of tubewell by V notch, atleast for 30 Hrs to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge. (vi) Dismantling of rig machine and other equipments and clearance of site after finishing the job. (vii)Supply and fixing of 125 mm size well cap after completion of work made from MS ERW Pipe and MS Sheet of 8 mm thick. (viii)Supply and fooing of suitable size casing shoe suitable for ODEX drilling and made From EN-24 steel. (ix) Supply of Suitable bit tube of 100 cm in length made out of seamless casing pipe attachment etc. (x)Supply and fixing of 125 size MS housing clamp 8 mm thick including nut bolt and washers complete set.(xi)Supply and foxing of 125 size MS casing pipe as per 15 3589/4270 [Blind pipe 125 mm dia 6.6mm wall thickness. (xii)Supply and fading the following size MS casing pipe as per IS 3589/4270 (alotted pipe 32 mm dia 6 4mm wall thickness
