Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat (using paving bitumen) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 tonne to 10 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Hot mix plant & mechanical paver with (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, (rolled and compacted by using 8-10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows and like not exceeding 100mm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per directed complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Cat Eye, 3M, Dark Eye or equivalent)

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delenator DA-74 or equivalent made out of 45mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm total height duly powder coated and made of top quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyster clastomer) 3 bands of green/ red/ yellow reflector of size 25mm wide strips and embeded in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.
