Smriti dwar Work

Excavation in foundation soil (loam clay or sand) including left upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr (100fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into te space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 course sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 aggreagate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of rainforcement and its bending the same with 24 B WG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all materials labours and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of works Strength of the concrete shall no be less tha M-150 M-200 (1:1.5:3 Cement : Corse sand: 20 mm Stone Grit)

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinfoced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level. Steel work in build up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollo tubes etc) trusses etc. including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete eklectric resistance or icduction butt welded tubes.

Providing and ereting direction and place identification Retro-Reflectorised sign as per IRC 67 made by high intensity grade sheeting the Retro-Reflective sheeting type-IV shall be tested for 3 years outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC67-2012 as proofof hte same in form of Government report shall be uploaded white quoting tender wide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with areas exceeding 0.95sqm supported on a mild steel signal iron post 75x75x6mm 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concree 45x45x60cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. as per S.I. No.660
